Our target
Cloud Social is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This covers keyboard operability, color contrast, screen-reader semantics, and reduced-motion support across the site.
Known exemptions
User-generated video does not currently ship with captions, because captions require processing that is not yet available for every upload. This covers clips in the feed and creator videos on the creators pages alike — both come from the same upload pipeline. Licensed catalog content on the streaming pages is wired for captions as that data becomes available. We consider the user-generated gap a remediation item, not a permanent exemption.
