1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Cloud Social on the web, iOS, or Android, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Cloud Social without parental consent. Accounts found to belong to a person below that age are subject to removal.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Cloud Social a license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
4. Prohibited conduct
Harassment, impersonation, spam, and content depicting or endangering minors are never permitted, regardless of audience settings. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see the Delete Account page for what that removes.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Cloud Social is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cloud Social after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
