1. Our policy
Cloud Social respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Filing a takedown notice
A valid notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- The URL or other specific location of the material on Cloud Social
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Registered agent
Send notices to our designated DMCA agent at dmca@cloudsocialapp.com. Notices sent to any other address may not be processed.
4. Counter-notification
If content you posted was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address, including the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts subject to repeated valid takedown notices are subject to suspension or termination.
