How to delete your account
Account deletion is available today in the Cloud Social mobile app: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Web-based deletion is planned for a future release.
What gets deleted
Your profile, posts, comments, likes, and follow relationships are removed from active use. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
Deletion typically completes within 30 days. Content may remain visible to other users for a short period while the removal propagates.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app or need your account removed for another reason, email support@cloudsocialapp.com from the address on the account.
